An Overview of the Journey

Day 1 - Welcome Home to You

You can think of this as a masterclass in being present to all of you - the parts you love and the parts that you hide away - and simply being okay with them.  One of the most important discoveries I’ve made on my own journey is that anything we refuse to love can’t be changed.  Simply being present to all of us is the first step to falling in love with your whole self. It’s an all or nothing game here, friends.  You either love yourself or you don’t.  If you don’t love yourself, how will you ever show a client how to find their own beauty and wholeness?

Day 2 - Finding a Safe Place to Land in Ourselves

All of my work begins in pretty much the same place - safety.  When we feel unsafe, every part of us gets called into action to survive. Some of us are still surviving our childhoods, our past relationships, our work failures, financial mistakes…even when they are no longer happening. We must find our way into now releasing our fight with the past so we can marshal our resources to create a beautiful future.

Day 3 - Discovering What Truly Calls Us

Many of the people who come to me are asking for things that will never satisfy the hungers in them. These might be the ideals and dreams of their parents or culture. Or even desires that they have long since grown out of. So we will explore what is really important to you, what brings you joy, what makes you truly alive!  From here you can architect a meaningful, love-filled life that is truly yours!

Day 4 - Belonging to All That Is

Humans are built to travel in packs. And yet, so many of us feel so utterly alone. In large part, this is because we are spending our time with the wrong pack - with people who can’t possibly see or understand us. When we shift our understanding of belonging and find a pack that makes sense for you, life gets easier. When you understand your deep belonging to all that is, you find a space for yourself beyond us and them and into the whole.

Day 5 - Inviting Your Wholeness

You are not broken, damaged or unworthy. You do not need to fight and scrape to deserve love. No amount of personal development work (or any work, for that matter) will bring you to enough.  Until you embody this, it will be hard to see your clients as anything but broken and in need of fixing. This is fundamentally disempowering and distorting. When you step into your own wholeness you liberate others to do the same.

Obviously, you won’t get there in a week. This is a journey. So I’ll be introducing tools and exercises that will help you reinforce these perspectives long after the course has completed.
